José Ferreira

José António Ferreira has a degree in Civil Engineering and a post-graduation in Planning and Urban Environment Project from the University of Porto (UP). He is the Head of the Studies and Planning Office at Domus Social EM (housing and maintenance company, municipality of Porto). For more than 25 years he has dedicated his activity to the public housing policies for the municipality of Porto, namely to the several and subsequent housing programmes and its strategical planning. His research interests within Urban Planning and in housing studies and spatial planning.
